“Four years ago I had my flat roof re-done as our neighbours where having theirs done due to a leak. Over these 4 years I have had to call the roofer back numerous times because of leaks coming through the ceiling. Before the roof was done we never had a leak! The time came when I thought enough was enough and I found Lee Ibberson of LI Property Maintenance through Rated People. I explained the problem to Lee who immediately came out to look at my roof. Lee felt the roof needed re-doing and guaranteed the leaks would stop. Since Lee has done the roof we have had heavy rain and so far we haven’t had a single leak. Firstly I have to say Lee is a lovely man and certainly knows his “stuff”! He has contacted me frequently since doing the roof to check that we haven’t had any problems – I wish I had found Lee in the first place. I would certainly recommend him to anyone. His work is to a very high standard and his aftercare is second to none. I am now hopeful that we will not have to suffer any more leaks throughout the winter and because of the work Lee has done I have no hesitation in giving him a 5 star rating. I will certainly use Lee again when I need some work doing.”
